Of course no one wants this to happen but in case you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to request return & refund, please check all the below conditions and follow the instructions accordingly:

- With the product nature of crystals, minerals, stones and other products we offer in our website, please be aware that each items are
  unique, natural and non-standardized.
- Natural cracks/ imperfection/ chipping could appear in the products themselves and they are totally naturally embedded in the product. 
- Please consider these factors when you make your purchase decision
- Do not make a purchase if you cannot embrace the natural and non-standardized nature of the products
- We strive our best to show in pictures/ description the size & color of the products, however, they are indicative with approximation
- We will not accept your return request/ complaints when it concerns purely the natural cracks/ imperfection and immaterial difference in color/ size

 Conditions: 
 - Return request has to be done in writing by emailing to , and this has to be done within 14 calendar days from date of goods receipt 
 - Only after return request is discussed with us and confirmed from our end, you must send the to be returned good(s) back within 5 working days
 - The shipment costs and risks of returning good(s) are at own expense of the customers/ buyers/ purchasers/ returner
 - We will process your return after receiving the returned good(s) which has/ have to be completely in their original condition (i.e. unused/ not
   broken after received by the customers)
 -  Under no circumstances we will approve and accept any return that involves used/ broken product after customer receipt of goods/ products
 -  We will review your return request and when request is approved, we will release the refund through the original payment method that you used
    when you purchased the products(s) in question 
 -  Return will not be accepted and no refund will be made if the above return conditions are not met. In such case, if  you would like to get the
    returned good(s) back again, you will have to pay the respective shipping costs again.

  - We will further check the returned goods after receiving it. If return conditions are met, we will release refund
  - We will review each return request with reasonableness and we reserve the final rights in final decision on return & refund matters
