 Our webshop is hosted on Webador.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to
 you.

Article 1 - Webshop 

 1.1  We are registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and pay our contribution to the Dutch Tax Authorities.
         You can find our Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number (to be provided on request) and our contact information on our website. 

 1.2  We never provide your personal data to third parties. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always ask for your permission in
         advance.

 1.3  In case you have any doubts/ questions before, during and after purchasing a product(s), we are happy to help you.

 1.4  Main language of communication in this website is in English, any contents written in language other than English is translated by Google
        translate or other software. Hence, English version of any content/ documents/ description found on this website is the official and final version
        that we would refer to in case any confusion/ discussion.

Article 2 - Return & Refund 

  2.1  In case you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased from us, return & refund is possible within 14 days of cooling off period after goods
          received by the purchaser/ customer (per delivery note of the delivery company). Return & refund can only be accepted if the conditions are met
          under the Return & Refund Policy and instructions described in the Return & Refund Policy are followed accordingly. 

  2.2  Request of refund is only accepted in writing. Please send your request on time with required details directly to our company email.  

  2.3  Shipping costs for and risks of returning the product(s) in questions are at the own expenses/ costs of the purchaser/ customer/ returner and
          we will only process your return request after receiving the returned good(s) which has/ have to be completely in its/ their original condition  (i.e.
          unused/ not broken after received by the customers). We will not approve and accept any return that involves used/ broken product after
          customer receipt of goods/ products. 

  2.4   We will review your return request and when the request is approved, we will release the refund through the original payment method that you
          used when purchasing the product(s) in questions.

 

Article 3 - Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

   We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for
   general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more
   accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
   This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We           reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Article 4 - The Agreement 

   4.1 The agreement between our website/ webshop/ online store and the customer is final when the customer has indicated that he/ she has agreed             to the general terms and conditions and he/ she has authorized the online store to debit the money from his account, when the customer has
           made a payment via iDEAL or Bancontact or SEPA BankTransfer or direct bank transfer, or when an invoice has been sent to the customer
           afterwards. After the 14-day return period has expired and payment has been received by us, the customer becomes the owner of the product
           in question. No product warranty is provided by us to the customer. 
   4.2  The agreement is concluded electronically, by completing the required fields and agreeing to the general terms and conditions.
   4.3  After you have made your purchase, you will receive a written confirmation of your purchase by email. It states the product you have
           purchased and what is the total costs.
   4.4  Customer can agree to our website/ webshop/ online store Terms and Conditions by checking the box at check out page. We kindly ask you
           to check the box. Without checking the box, an agreement cannot be concluded.

Article 5 - Modification to The Service and Prices

   Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
   We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
   We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

 

Article 6 - The Prices  

   6.1 The prices stated in our website/ webshop/ online store always include Dutch VAT. 
   6.2 All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typographical errors. In
         the event of printing and typographical errors, we are not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price. 

Article 7 - Delivery and Execution   

   7.1 The place of delivery is the address that customer has provided to us 
   7.2 All delivery time are indicative. The customer cannot derive any rights from any stated periods. Exceeding a term does not entitle the customer to
         compensation.
   7.3 The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with us until the moment of delivery to the customer/ customer neighbors/ parcel shop.

 

Article 8 - Product Description and Nature

   8.1 We strive our best to provide you as much as possible product description including size measurement and pictures that are intended to reflect
          the actual appearance of the products reasonably. Please however note that all these information are indicative with approximation. Please
          consider the potential small deviation in color/ size/ shape when you make your purchase decision.

   8.2 With the product nature of crystals, minerals, stones and other products we offer in our website, please be aware that each items are unique,
          natural and non-standardized. Natural cracks could appear in the products themselves and they are totally naturally embedded in the product.
          Please be consider these factors when you make your purchase decision and do not make a purchase if you cannot embrace the natural and
          non-standardized nature of the products. We will not accept your return request/ complaints when it concerns purely the natural cracks/ natural
         difference in color/ size
